Another Homecoming has come and gone at Ohio
Northern University. Homecoming was filled with inflatables, tailgating and
food, a football win, and a night with family and friends. All can agree ONU is
a completely different campus when it is Homecoming weekend. I wish campus
could be like Homecoming weekend more frequently, but it is so special when
those old friends who are now alumni come back to surprise you. My weekend was
filled with a lovely surprise; two old teammates from my freshman year of
softball came back! With one being gone on rotations and the other in graduate
school in Kentucky, having them in Ada for 48 hours was the best thing
ever! 
What makes Homecoming even better? A football game
win! Last weekend was rough for our football team, as we should have won the
game. The first half wasn't what the crowd wanted to see this past Saturday,
but the team pulled it together and got a win. I just want to give a shout out
to the kicker who is #90 on the field, but number one in our hearts, Andrew DiMario,
or also known as YeahYeahYeah. He came out after a tough lost last weekend and
showed everyone why he deserves to be on that field.
I'm ready looking forward to next years Homecoming. Unfortunately, it
will be my last as an ONU student.
